“We are hearing a lot of anxiety in the marketplace,” said Michael Cohan, Cavitch’s managing partner. “Entrepreneurs need advice, and they’re worried about piling up unnecessary legal fees. This is a small way we can help stabilize the market.”

Cavitch lawyers, Max Dehn and Mike Rasor, will take calls between 9 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 28. To be eligible, you must be a small business owner in Ohio and complete the online registration form no later than Thursday at 12:00 noon, at www.cavitch.com/covid19.

“The laws are changing very rapidly right now,” said Mike Rasor, a partner at Cavitch. “The decisions made this week may very well determine whether or not a small business survives. They desperately need good legal advice while they make critical decisions.”
