Cory is a member of the business law and litigation practice groups, and advises and represents businesses, families, and individuals on a wide variety of matters. Often serving as general counsel for closely-held companies. Cory’s broad legal experience allows him to develop innovative solutions to complex issues and be a valuable resource and trusted adviser for each client.
John is Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Group. His practice covers a broad range of services, from planning and drafting to trust and estate administration. John’s experience includes the design and implementation of complex plans involving the use of multigenerational, charitable and various grantor trusts, along with numerous other advanced planning techniques.
