Todd Bartimole has been working as an advocate for the elderly and disabled since 1989. Todd’s professional experience includes working as an advocate for nursing home residents with the regional Long Term Care Ombudsman program and directing a program to assist Medicaid nursing home and home care beneficiaries appeal wrongly denied claims.
Todd obtained his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1993, passed the July bar exam, and was sworn into the Ohio Bar in November, 1993. He established his own office and worked for 8 years with a downtown Cleveland Estate Planning firm. He founded the Elder Law Office of Todd W. Bartimole, Co. LPA in 2005.
Todd focuses his practice on the needs of the elderly and disabled and sees it as a continuation of his life’s work. Todd is interested and involved with a wide range of issues involving our health care system, personal health and the effects of diet and exercise on our health.
