Morgan A. Schweighoefer joined the law firm of Cavitch Familo & Durkin in Spring of 2021 as an associate attorney. Morgan is a member of the Litigation Practice Group, Business Law Group, and Employment Law Group. Morgan focuses her practice in the areas of employment and business litigation and domestic relations.
Morgan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law, Cum Laude, in December of 2020. Throughout law school, Morgan was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Society and participated in numerous volunteer activities. In 2019, Morgan spent her summer in Ireland studying the legal system.
Prior to law school, Morgan earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the College of Wooster, and her Master of Public Administration from Kent State University with a focus on public management. While attending Wooster, Morgan participated as a violinist with the Wooster Symphony Orchestra. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking.
