Tim Warner was a presenter at the CLE Breaking In: Starting Your Mediation and Arbitration Practice at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association on September 27th, 2017. The program was held at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) Conference Center from 1 – 4:45PM where Tim Warner presented on the topic “How to Become an ADR Neutral.
Tim Warner is Chairman of Cavitch’s Litigation Group, serves as a trial attorney litigating complex commercial, business, shareholder, partnership, employment, trade secrets, non-competition, real estate, product liability, banking, trust and estate/probate and other matters, as well as handling class action and multidistrict litigation matters in state and federal courts. A growing portion of Tim’s practice involves serving as an arbitrator and mediator, helping to resolve disputes for others. Tim serves as a member of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court’s Panel of Mediators and as an arbitrator for the Court. Tim has also served as an arbitrator for one of Cleveland’s large medical providers and has arbitrated and mediated a number of matters over the years. Tim serves as a Member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Lawyers-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Committee, and studies and writes on ADR issues.
