Matthew E. Henoch is an experienced estate and trust attorney whose practice emphasizes estate planning, tax planning , estate administration, and probate litigation. Mr. Henoch has represented clients in 34 of Ohio’s 88 County Probate Courts.
Before joining Cavitch, Mr. Henoch was a litigator representing a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, healthcare professionals, and individuals harmed by dangerous products.
Mr. Henoch is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
In 2005, Matt graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. In 2001, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Washington University in St. Louis. While there, he spent a semester at the Washington University Environmental Law Clinic providing pro bono legal services in matters involving hazardous waste and community health.
Matt is an active member of the Alexander Graham Bell Association for Deaf and the Hard of Hearing and the Case Western Reserve University Estate Planning Advisory Committee.
Mr. Henoch resides in Shaker Heights, Ohio with his wife, Wendy, their sons, Mason and Carter, and their dog Clover.
