John R. Tullio received his Juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. in English Literature from John Carroll University. As a law student, John studied under Nobel Prize nominee Michael P. Scharf in Case Western Reserve University’s War Crimes Lab where John spent a semester working as a law clerk for the Special Court of Sierra Leone, an International War Crime Tribunal. John has also held positions as a law clerk for the Hon. Gene Donofrio of the Seventh District Court of Appeals, and as a research assistant with Spangenberg, Shibley & Liber, LLP. He focuses his practice at Cavitch Familo & Durkin Co., LPA in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate Estate Administration and Charitable Planning. John is an active member of the Ohio and Cuyahoga County Bar Associations, along with the Cleveland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. John enjoys playing and watching soccer and lacrosse, and is an avid bicycling enthusiast. He presently resides in downtown Cleveland.
